1. About YatryOne
YatryOne is a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver partners for transportation services in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), Karnataka. We provide the technology platform — we are not a transportation company, and drivers are independent service providers, not our employees.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Apps.
- You must have a valid phone number to create an account.
- Drivers must possess a valid driving license, vehicle registration, and required permits.
3. Rider Terms
- Fare estimates shown before booking are approximate and may vary based on route taken.
- You agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking.
- Cancellation after driver acceptance may result in cancellation charges in the future.
- You must behave respectfully with drivers. Abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
- You are responsible for all items left in the vehicle.
4. Driver Terms
- Drivers operate as independent contractors, not employees of YatryOne.
- Drivers must maintain valid driving license, vehicle insurance, and registration at all times.
- Drivers must complete the document verification process through the Admin Dashboard.
- YatryOne charges ZERO commission on ride fares. Drivers keep 100% of ride earnings.
- Drivers pay a subscription fee of ₹25/day or ₹500/month (first month free during beta).
- Drivers must maintain professional behavior with riders.
- YatryOne reserves the right to deactivate driver accounts for policy violations.
5. Payments
- During beta: All ride payments are made directly between rider and driver in cash.
- YatryOne does not process ride payments during the beta period.
- Driver subscription payments are collected separately.
- Online payment options will be introduced in future updates.
6. Safety
- Riders can use the SOS button during rides for emergency situations.
- All driver documents are verified by YatryOne admin before activation.
- Both riders and drivers can rate each other after ride completion.
- Users with consistently low ratings may be warned or deactivated.
7. Intellectual Property
The YatryOne name, logo (Road-Y design), and App content are owned by YatryOne. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
YatryOne provides a technology platform to connect riders and drivers. We are not liable for:
- Actions or behavior of drivers or riders
- Vehicle conditions or accidents during rides
- Loss of personal belongings during rides
- Service interruptions due to technical issues
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific ride in question.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple complaints.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
