For drivers
Who can join
Auto drivers
With an auto permit.
Goods drivers
Tam Tam, Mini truck, Pickup or Truck, with a goods permit.
Car drivers
Sedan or SUV with a taxi or tourist permit, for hourly hire, the airport and outstation.
Bike taxi: the app is ready, but bike rides stay switched off until bike taxis have clear permission in Karnataka.
How the money works
- The rider pays you. Cash or UPI, straight to you at the end of the ride.
- No deposit, and your first 30 days after approval are free.
- Auto rides: no cut from any fare. After the free days you buy a small day or month pass yourself with UPI. Nothing is taken from your bank automatically.
- Goods and car trips: YatryOne’s fee will be 10% of the agreed fare, paid by the customer in the app as an advance when online payment starts. The customer pays you the rest.
Pass prices will be announced before anyone’s free days end.

Photos are seen only by you and the YatryOne office. Your selfie is also shown to the rider of your current ride.

Rides ring in your pocket
While you are online, a new ride rings loudly even when the app is not open, and a voice reads out the distance and fare.

Every request shows the distance and the fare before you accept. No surprises at the drop.
Make your offer
On a busy day, ask a little more on an auto ride. For goods and outstation, send your own price and the customer chooses.
Station line
At the railway station and bus stand, join the line in the app and get riders in turn, at fixed fares.

For women drivers
Choose to take women riders only. Rides booked with “Prefer a woman driver” go only to women drivers.
Fair rules: strikes
A rider who books is counting on you. If you take a ride and then drop it, the rider loses time, so it costs strike points. The ride itself is not lost: it goes to another driver.

How to join
- Install the YatryOne Driver app (coming soon on Google Play).
- Log in with your mobile number and fill in your name, vehicle and UPI ID.
- Add your selfie and the photos of your papers.
- The office checks them. Once approved, go online and take your first ride.
Driver questions
Is there a deposit?
No. YatryOne does not take a security deposit from drivers.
How do I get paid?
The rider pays you directly at the end of the ride, in cash or by UPI to your own UPI ID.
Can I drive for YatryOne and other apps too?
Yes. Go online on YatryOne whenever you want to take YatryOne rides.
I drive a vehicle owned by someone else.
Ask the owner to create a fleet owner account and give you a joining code. Then you only add your selfie, licence and Aadhaar.
Why was my strike given? Can it be removed?
Your strike points show in your profile. If you cancelled because of a breakdown, an accident, illness or an emergency, send proof to the office: they can remove it, a limited number of times.
