A driver may ask a little more on a busy day. You can agree to the meter fare or offer less, but never more.
At the railway station and the central bus stand, take a token (A-1, B-2…) and get the next auto in the line at a fixed fare.
Going to a hospital? The request goes to more drivers nearby at once, with no bargaining. Serious? Call 108 first.
Turn on “Prefer a woman driver” and only women drivers get your ride.
Record up to 15 seconds (“I am at the blue gate, near the medical shop”) and the driver hears it.
Message your driver after they accept. Phone numbers are never shown to either side.
Check the number plate, tell the driver your 4-digit PIN, and only then does the ride start.
Give stars, a thank-you tip if you like, and save drivers you trust as favourites.
If a driver asks for more than the agreed fare, tap Report. The office sees it at once.

At the station, the station line shows a fixed fare for each common place before you take a token. Elsewhere the app shows the meter fare for your exact pickup and drop.
Not in the app today. If the rates change, the app shows the new fare before you book.
