Every driver is checked by our office before their first ride. Every ride starts with your PIN. And if something feels wrong, help is one press away.

Before the ride
Checked drivers
Drivers give a selfie, driving licence, vehicle papers, insurance, permit and Aadhaar. Our office checks them before the first ride.
Prefer a woman driver
Only women drivers get your ride. Women drivers can also choose to take women riders only.
Plate and photo check
The app shows the driver’s photo and number plate. If either is different, tap “This is not my vehicle” and do not get in.
During the ride
PIN start
The ride starts only when you tell the driver your 4-digit PIN in the vehicle.
SOS and silent alert
Hold SOS for 3 seconds, or send a silent alert with no sound. The office sees your ride, where it is and both phone numbers.
Numbers stay hidden
Chat inside the app. Any long number typed in the chat is hidden, so phone numbers are never shared.
Fare locked
The agreed fare is stamped on the screen. If the driver asks for more, pay the agreed fare and tap Report.
Hospital ride
Choose Hospital and the request reaches more drivers nearby, with no bargaining.
Office can see live rides
The YatryOne office sees every ride that is on, so an alert is never lost.
After the ride, and for drivers
Ratings
Riders rate every ride. Low ratings are followed up by the office.
Strikes for backing out
A driver who cancels a taken ride, or never comes, gets strike points. Too many, and they cannot take work.
Safety for drivers too
Drivers have SOS in their app, and rides start only with the rider’s PIN.
Emergency numbers
Free from any phone in India. Save them today.
The YatryOne app keeps these numbers, with nearby hospitals and police stations checked by our office, on one emergency screen. The hospital ride is for getting there; if it is serious, call 108 first.

Safety questions
What happens when I press SOS?
The YatryOne office gets an alert with your ride, your location and both phone numbers, and follows it up. If you are in danger, also call 112.
What if no woman driver is free?
The app tells you. You can wait and try again, or book any driver; the PIN, the office and SOS protect every ride.
Can the driver see my phone number?
No. You talk through the in-app chat, and long numbers typed there are hidden.
I left something in the vehicle. What do I do?
Contact YatryOne help from your profile in the app, or email the address at the bottom of this page with the ride time. We contact the driver for you.
